New flooring transforms the look and feel of your entire home. Eco Grizzly installs all major flooring types including solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), porcelain tile, ceramic tile, natural stone, and laminate. We also refinish and restore existing hardwood floors. Every installation begins with subfloor assessment and leveling to ensure a flat, quiet floor that lasts.

Flooring

Hardwood and Engineered Wood

We install nail-down, glue-down, and floating hardwood floors in oak, maple, walnut, hickory, and exotic species. Engineered hardwood is ideal for concrete slabs and rooms with moisture concerns. We sand, stain, and finish on site for a custom color match.

Luxury Vinyl Plank and Tile

LVP offers the look of wood or stone with waterproof durability. It is ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and high-traffic areas. We install click-lock and glue-down LVP from all major brands. Porcelain and ceramic tile installations include proper substrate preparation, thinset application, and grout sealing.

Subfloor and Stair Work

A solid subfloor is the foundation of every flooring project. We repair damaged subfloors, install cement board for tile applications, and apply self-leveling compound where needed. We also install hardwood and LVP stair treads, risers, and nosings for a finished look from floor to floor.

Roof Replacement

Southern California

The existing roof had reached the end of its lifespan with visible wear and multiple leak points. The homeowner now has a roof built to last 30+ years.

Leak Repair and Mold Remediation

Southern California

A persistent roof leak caused water damage and mold growth in the ceiling and wall cavity. Our team identified and repaired the leak source, removed all affected drywall and insulation, treated the framing with antimicrobial solution, and rebuilt the area with new materials. Final paint and texture match the surrounding surfaces so the repair is invisible.

Attic Insulation Removal and Installation

Southern California

The existing attic insulation had settled and degraded over time, leaving large areas with minimal thermal protection. Our crew removed all old insulation down to the ceiling joists, cleaned the attic space, sealed air leaks around penetrations, and installed new blown-in insulation to current energy code requirements. The homeowner saw an immediate improvement in indoor comfort and lower utility bills.

Flooring FAQs

Common questions answered by our certified technicians.

Costs vary by material: LVP averages $4 to $8 per square foot installed, hardwood averages $8 to $14, and tile averages $10 to $18 including labor and materials. We provide a per-square-foot quote after measuring your space.
A typical 1,000 square foot installation takes two to four days for LVP or laminate, three to five days for hardwood, and four to seven days for tile. Subfloor repair and furniture moving may add time.
Yes. We sand, repair, stain, and apply polyurethane or oil finishes to restore worn hardwood floors. Refinishing costs significantly less than replacement and can make old floors look brand new.
Yes. Quality luxury vinyl plank is 100% waterproof at the plank level. Proper installation with sealed transitions prevents water from reaching the subfloor. LVP is our top recommendation for kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms.
We can move standard furniture as part of the installation. Heavy items like pianos, safes, or pool tables require specialty movers. We will discuss logistics during the pre-installation walkthrough.
