By accessing and using the Eco Grizzly website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit forms, or request services. By submitting a service request, you represent that you are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to request work on the property.

Services

Eco Grizzly provides the following services across Southern California:

• Chimney sweep and cleaning
• Chimney inspection (Level I, II, and III)
• Chimney repair (crown, cap, flashing, flue liner, masonry, full rebuild)
• Fireplace remodeling (surround, mantel, firebox, full redesign)
• Fireplace insert installation (wood, gas, electric, pellet)
• Gas log installation and gas fireplace repair
• Outdoor fireplaces and fire pits
• Kitchen remodeling
• Bathroom remodeling
• ADU (accessory dwelling unit) construction
• Roofing services (installation, repair, replacement)
• General home renovation (painting, flooring, framing, drywall)

All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians. Chimney and fireplace work follows applicable building codes and NFPA 211 standards where relevant. Scope and standards applied may vary depending on the specific conditions of each job.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may differ if the scope of work changes after the estimate is issued. Any changes will be communicated and approved in writing before work proceeds.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless financing terms have been arranged in advance. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, credit card, and approved financing plans.

Financing

Financing is offered through third-party providers including GreenSky, Mosaic, Energy Loan Network, and Lyon Financial. All financing is subject to credit approval and the terms set by the financing provider. Eco Grizzlyis not a lender and does not guarantee financing approval. By applying for financing through a third-party link on our website, you agree to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

Membership Program

Eco Grizzly offers a Gold Membership program with benefits including priority scheduling, discounts on services, and reduced inspection pricing. Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are described on the Membership page and may change at our discretion. Changes to membership terms will be communicated to active members. Membership does not constitute a contract for specific services.

Warranties

Workmanship warranties vary by service type and are detailed in writing on each estimate. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to the homeowner.

Limitation of Liability

Eco Grizzly is not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during service, damage caused by third parties, or conditions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip charge.

User Submissions

When you submit information through our website forms (quotes, promo bookings, partnership inquiries), you grant Eco Grizzly the right to use that information to respond to your request, schedule services, and maintain internal records. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Eco Grizzly and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party trademarks, certification logos, and review platform names belong to their respective owners.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website or services shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eco Grizzly, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, or your negligence related to a service engagement.
